Who we fly for
Builders, engineers, realtors, and landowners all need the same thing: accurate numbers about the ground, fast. Here is what that looks like for you.
Volumes before you haul. Progress flights while you build.
Contours, surfaces, and orthomosaics on ground control. Files ready for your CAD.
Acreage maps and aerial views that sell land.
Residential lot and boundary surveys, with a free aerial image of your property on most jobs.
Residential lot surveys
Buying, selling, building a fence, or adding on? You get a signed survey of your lot from a licensed Texas surveyor. On most residential jobs, you also get a sharp aerial image of your whole property, free.
We fly your lot and stitch hundreds of photos into one sharp, map-accurate picture called an orthomosaic. It is yours to keep.
Not available where FAA airspace rules restrict drone flights, such as near some airports. We will tell you up front.
A surveyor first
Most drone pilots learned to fly. We learned to survey first. You get numbers a licensed surveyor stands behind.

How it works
Where the land is and what it is for: a closing, a build, a permit, or a listing.
Ground control points first, then a planned mapping flight over the whole site.
Maps, surfaces, volumes, and survey drawings, checked and ready to use.

It is one big, sharp aerial picture made by stitching hundreds of drone photos together and correcting them so distances are true, like a map. You can zoom in and see your house, driveway, and fence lines clearly.
On most residential lot surveys, yes. If your property sits in airspace where the FAA restricts drone flights, such as close to some airports, we cannot fly it. We check before the job and tell you up front.
